Having to fill out web forms and wait for people to do things on the back end is unconscionable. Please please please give MSPs something they can use to actually manage client licenses.
It is so difficult to add/remove clients and update license counts, that I actively avoid doing it, which likely leaves money on the table for everyone because I can't/don't want to go through the pain of updating license counts.
